1. Water thoroughly daily (until water drains out the bottom)
2. Trees are outdoor plants. You can keep it indoors for an evening or to enjoy occasionally indoors during the day. Cold or foul weather outdoors is healthy for your tree
3. Feed once monthly with any good liquid plant fertilizer (1/2 recommended dose)
4. In the summer heat, morning sun is best
5. If you are leaving your bonsai for several days, place in a tray of water in the shade and drain well upon returning, or have a friend water

1. Keep in a room with strong light. Not up against a window
2. Let soil dry out a bit between waterings
3. Fertilize monthly with any good liquid fertilizer (Schultz, Miracle Grow, VF11)
4. Prune or shape anytime you desire
